When it’s hot outside, there’s no better way to stay caffeinated than with something cold.
And our coldbrew is smooth, strong, and delicious, whether you drink it straight-up, or through our nitrogen stout tap.
We use locally-roasted Redwall espresso from Colorado River Coffee Roasters because it’s a lighter roast than most, with all the flavor complexity of its blend captured in the beans, not turned into charcoal from over-roasting.
Then we soak the Redwall grounds in cool, filtered water for at least 12 hours at a ratio of a half-pound of grounds per gallon. By substituting time for heat & pressure, we prevent the creation of bitter notes & acidity.
Then we either serve the resulting solution straight-up with ice, or we keg it & nitrogenate it, pouring it through a stout tap for an amazingly creamy drink that’s 100% coffee.
